These are the one of the best shin and in-step guards I have used so far! I am kicking pads & wooden stumps yet i feel nothing but a dull thud! Highly recommended to anyone who is considering to start conditioning their legs, wants to try out kicks at full power or those of you who just wants to kick things and not feel anything!
